These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the use of the website www.pixity.hu (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), which is the exclusive property of Leisure Land Kft. (1068 Budapest, Dózsa György út 86/B 1. lház. 3. em. 1. ajtó, Company Registration Number: 0109430125, hereinafter referred to as "Pixity").

User Definition:

A "User" is any adult natural person or legal entity who visits the Website, purchases tickets, or subscribes to the Website's newsletter. Minors are not considered Users. Minors may visit the Website and view its content but cannot purchase tickets, subscribe to the newsletter, or use the services provided by the Website. Users are required to provide accurate and truthful information. If Pixity becomes aware that the information provided by the User is inaccurate or false, it reserves the right to partially or fully restrict the User's access to the services.

Data Handling:

During appointment booking and gift voucher purchases, the data provided by the User (future Player) is used by the Service Provider to identify the game time, manage potential modifications, and issue invoices. If the User subscribes to the Newsletter, the Service Provider may also contact them with personalized offers. Users can opt out of such communications at any time. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the emails. Alternatively, Users can request removal from the database by contacting info@pixity.hu. Stored data is not shared with third parties.

Pixity Operations:

Pixity's game rooms are available for small groups of 2-6 individual players or teams. All services are used at the participant's own risk. Game rooms are only accessible to individuals under 14 years old when accompanied by an adult. The game is not recommended for children under 10 years old.

Variable Factors:

Game fees may vary by location and time period, which are displayed during game selection on the Website and in system messages.

Time Frame:

Pixity strives to start games at the scheduled time and complete them within one hour; however, the time frame may vary. Pixity is not responsible for any changes in the time frame.

Arrival:

Participants must arrive at least 5 minutes before the game starts. This time is needed for the game master to explain the necessary information about the game.

Lateness:

Late arrivals are not permitted. In case of lateness, Leisure Land Kft. is not obligated to offer a new appointment. The game time may be shortened, and the participation fee will not be refunded.

Rescheduling/Cancellation:

Users must notify info@pixity.hu at least 24 hours before the scheduled game time if they cannot attend, using an email with the subject "Cancellation." Cancellations via other channels (e.g., Facebook, other emails, phone) are not accepted. Within 24 hours of the scheduled time, changes are only possible with an additional fee of HUF 2,000 per person, and no refunds are provided.

Behavioral Norms:

Entry is prohibited under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances. Smoking and open flames are forbidden throughout the premises. Sharp, cutting, or other potentially injurious tools or weapons are not allowed in the game area. The use of various lights, flashlights, flashes, and light emitted by mobile phones is not recommended in the game rooms, as it may diminish the gaming experience.

Individuals with serious health conditions (e.g., heart disease, epilepsy, panic disorders) or factors that may worsen their condition during the use of game room services are advised not to participate for their health's sake.

Players who do not comply with the general rules or do not follow the game master's instructions will be immediately excluded from the game, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Booking Process:

Bookings can be made through the www.pixity.hu website using the booking button.

Incomplete or unpaid bookings are not considered valid. The system holds the time slot for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the time slot becomes available for others to book.

The booking is only valid after confirmation by Pixity, which will be communicated via email. The automatic booking confirmation does not constitute confirmation.

Only the number of players selected in the "Number of Players" field during booking can participate in the game.

 

Booking and Payment Terms – Birthday and Team-Building Events:

1. Booking Process:

Booking for birthday or team-building events is done through prior agreement via phone or email. The date and time are manually recorded in our system. Subsequently, we request the client to confirm the booking details in writing (date, number of participants, type, etc.) and provide the necessary invoicing information:

• Full name / Company name
• Billing address
• Contact email
• For companies: Tax number
1. Pro Forma Invoice and Payment:

Based on the confirmed data, we issue a pro forma invoice, which must be settled no later than 7 days before the event. Until the pro forma invoice is paid, the booking can be freely modified, and the invoice will be updated accordingly.

3. Invoicing Process:

The amount on the pro forma invoice can be paid via bank transfer or bank card (a link is included in the pro forma invoice). After the payment is received, the system automatically issues an advance invoice, which, in accordance with current regulations, does not constitute a document confirming financial settlement. The final invoice will be sent to the provided email address after the event.

4. Cancellation Policy:

The booking becomes final after the advance payment is received. From this point, the cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the event will be fully refunded.
• In case of a change in the number of participants, if the modification is made at least 24 hours before the event, the difference will be refunded.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Gift Voucher Terms of Use:

1. The gift voucher entitles the holder to a one-time participation in one of the time slots advertised on www.pixity.hu.
2. The booking value must be equal to or exceed the value of the gift voucher for it to be redeemable.
3. The gift voucher can be used for any time period and any number of players.
4. Booking through the online system with the voucher is final and cannot be revoked.
5. If the booked time is not honored (failure to attend), the issuer is not obligated to offer an alternative time.
6. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and serves solely as a means of payment for the specified service.
7. The voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
8. Pixity is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from the loss of the voucher or the intentional theft of the coupon code by a third party.
9. In case of modifications, the operator may charge an administrative fee.
10. The gift voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance; extensions are not possible.

Liability:

Leisure Land Kft. is not responsible or liable for the following:

• Errors or omissions on the Website or during the event
• Advice or suggestions from Customer Service
• Any malfunction or interruption in the game or on the Website

Purchase Requirements:

To make a purchase, the following information must be provided:

• Name (surname, first name)
• Phone number
• Email address
• Billing information

Ticket and gift voucher purchases are processed through the Barion payment system. Split payments are not possible; the total amount must be paid using a single payment method. Online card payments are processed through the Barion system. Card details are not accessible to the merchant. The service provider, Barion Payment Zrt., is an institution supervised by the Hungarian National Bank, license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.

Upon successful purchase, the Service Provider will notify the User via email sent to the provided email address.

Governing Law and Supervisory Authorities:

The legal relationship between the Operator and the User is governed by Hungarian law. In the event of any legal dispute, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court at the Operator's registered office.

For consumer complaints related to the Service, the User may initiate proceedings with the competent consumer protection authority or, concerning electronic advertisements, with the communications authority.
